Bournemouth Rugby Club
Records suggest that Bournemouth Rugby Club (BRC) was first formed in 1888 but this proved a relatively short-lived affair and in 1893 the club was re-launched with home matches being played initially at Dean Park and subsequently at Northbourne. In October 1989 BRC relocated to its present home at Chapel Gate.
The BRC First XV currently plays in the SSE National League 3 South West. The Club has thriving Seniors, Colts, Minis and Youth sections, and offers Girls and Touch rugby.
