Situated on the outskirts of the New Forest and in close proximity to both Bournemouth and Christchurch, Chapel Gate is the perfect environment for any celebration.

Please arrange to meet a member of our events team and tell us a little bit about the proposed function. We will be able to apply our knowledge and expertise to suggest the rooms which will compliment the celebration.

The patio and grounds are perfect if you would like something a little different. How about treating the guests on a summer afternoon to county level cricket, cream tea and scones or a picnic? Or perhaps a barbecue and activities for children?

Our professional chef has produced a variety of quality menus, however, if you have something specific in mind, please make a suggestion and we will be happy to tailor a menu to suit your personal requirements.

We are able to erect marquees to your specification for any celebration, enabling us to cater for larger groups for dinner, dances, parties or weddings.

Corporate Events

As any conference or event organiser will attest, the venue has the potential to make or break a successful event.
Whether you are looking to organise a conference for 100, a meeting for ten or in fact any form of corporate hospitality or teambuilding, Chapel Gate is a fantastic venue for an event to be remembered.
We encourage our clients to make use of our 65 acres for a wide variety of activities and events, so if you are organising a family orientated fun day for colleagues, family or friends, you might want to consider the use of a marquee on the lawn for dinners, lunches, conferences or parties. The lawn is accessible from the Garden Lounge or directly from the parking area making it a perfect choice for a larger number of guests.

Chapel Gate is an excellent venue for corporate activity days and we are able schedule a day based around the specific needs of the group, combining time in the conference room with competitions in the beautiful grounds, including football or rugby tournaments. Marquees

Marquees are typically erected for parties of 120 plus for use throughout the year. We will arrange the type, style, layout and capacity of the marquee according to individual needs, the marquee can also be attached to the Garden Room for direct access in case the weather is cold or inclement.
